I'm really serious about this: I want to learn magic and commune with nature/talk to Gods. I hiked yesterday, and just feeling that freeness of being on my own with nature seemed to take me to a higher place than most things I do on a daily basis. I was smiling inside the whole time. Does anyone feel like they can help me with maybe magic? For example, using energy from the earth to their bodies to dispel negative energy in their houses, talk to their dead ancestors, or charge things? Use sex as a healing/charging technique instead of a energy draining one? I'm so naive when it comes to this stuff, and perhaps it's not the path for me, but I'm interested in Magic/Astrology/Intuitive mind powers (which I have much of already), etc. Foreseeing the future would be amazing as well as being able to read others like books instead of just seeing a "walking dead" pass by. All of this requires little money, and refers to unlimited potential to experience more than this state of grounding on earth. Religion doesn't do it for me. I am a fan of solitary pursuits, and the whole "magic" thing appeals to me greatly. Anyway, I'm seriously trying to figure out my path here and I'm thinking that I'm going literally backwards through time and space. I'm experiencing seeing a lot of what I saw in the past with literally the exact same statements being said by people I "watch" in public, or I should say "pass by". It creeps me out, a sort of deja vu except it isn't fragmented visions of the mind, but actual reality that I can see with my own to eyes and understand that I've experienced this very time before.

Sounds like what you seek are psychedelics!
I'm very conservative when it comes to 'magic' having seen many claim but never deliver. True magic for me lies in the comos as she reveals herself; busy with immense stellar furnaces churning atoms into other atoms, atoms spontaneously assembling themselves into the most ordered complex crystals simply because they got a tiny little bit of heat. Birds moving in perfect coordination, chasing a thermal up-draft or some magnetic field shifting invisibly (to us) in the air. Tiny moons eclipsing entire suns. Species rising from molecular muck into walking, talking, dancing creatures. The subtleties of gravity as it pulls worlds and suns together, as though it's trying to unite its disparate elements. Even the moments in life when predators walk calmly by something they would normally prey upon with no attempt to cause harm or draw blood, like a pride of lions resting by the water surrounded by gazelle, but too busy cooling themselves to harm them. These things are magic to my mind and the list spans eternal!!! But I'll stop now for fear of rambling (ad nauseam).

That is half of the magic I've found, the other half lies within as it turned out, and much to my surprise.

The use of psilocybe mushrooms awakened me to the realisation that our minds are so vastly more advanced and infinitely busier than I ever knew. Weed showed me the mind was infinite, but it never opened the flood gates like mushrooms did.
It turns out the mind is taking in and even creating vast, vast amounts of information. But the brain deliberately filters the torrent of information and only the tiniest imaginable fraction ever makes it to our conscious minds.
So that we can actually survive in a food chain, when you really cant have infinitely detailed patterns writhing over every surface or you might not notice the blood thirsty leopard staring through the bushes at your neck :P

It has recently been discerned that psilocybe mushrooms (and other psychedelics) can actually turn down these filters and let more of the wild, subconscious mind shine through. I could never even begin to describe the things I've seen with these filters turned down. The beauty is far beyond our youthful language, only art can capture pieces of it and even then, nothing truly compares to the reality of it. It would be foolish for me to even attempt to describe it.
I simply had no idea what awaited me in the depths of my own mind. I know I can never describe it, but it's the most real magic I've ever know and it's found entirely within yourself!
I strongly suggest reading about them if you truly seek magic in life.

Mushrooms changed me in a way I can barely articulate, but I'm simply not the same person I was before trying them. I take more care now to take in little details and small things in life. I'm also far more patient and understanding than I've ever been, as well as now being free from the notion that life should have some goal, reason or purpose. Every last particle of every last atom is it's own reason :3 We make our own reasons here!

Just be careful though, not only with psychedelics, but with this pursuit of these higher things. Many have lost their way/minds on the journey to find truths, magics and gods. If in doubt, doubt! don't allow yourself to be convinced of something just because you'd like it to be true. Truth is far more precious, rare and more important than a false peace. In my mind :3

(p.s. Psilocybin is far from the only option as far as psychedelics go, but it is the calmest most balanced one I've yet found. I haven't tried DMT, but that is a whole ritual for a very particular time :) if you're looking for a more relaxing/soothing way, then psilocybes are the teacher that will take you to the farthest reaches of yourself without punishing you for trying :P)
